Ingredients

200 grams grated broccoli
1/2 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
5 tbsp chopped coriander
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 Cup Paneer
½ tsp Ginger Chopped
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste
Yoghurt

Method 

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well without using any water.

2. knead into a soft dough with whole wheat flour.

3. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6″ diameter, using the flour for rolling and Stuff the broccoli mixture

4. Heat hot plate or tawa and cook each parantha, using little ghee, till golden brown spots appear on both sides.

5. Serve with yoghurt and butter
