Contest Rules and Regulations

Contests are open to the general public, listeners and viewers of i.t. Media Broadcasting.
Participants will follow individual contest rules, which are stated or indicated each time a
contesting opportunity arises. Participants may be required to answer a skill-testing question, or
qualify by being the sequential caller requested by radio hosts.

Contest is open to residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older. Contest is not open to
employees, volunteers and their immediate families, or those domiciled with the above, of i.t.
Media, it’s affiliated agencies or any of the prize donating companies. Contestants are not
eligible to participate in a contest if they have already participated and won in the same contest
campaign during the past 30 days.

Prizes are awarded as is and are not redeemable for cash or substitution, except as specified.
Prize claims are made at the offices of i.t. Media Broadcasting, located at Unit 110- 3060 Norland
Avenue in Burnaby, unless otherwise specified. Prizes may be picked up during office hours and
winners claiming prizes must produce picture identification. Prizes must be claimed within 30
days of winning. Taxes, if applicable, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.


By entering ITMB contests, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the
decisions of iTMB, which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to contesting.
All entries become the property of ITMB. Contests are subject to all applicable federal, provincial
and municipal legislation.

Entry constitutes permission to use the participant’s name, likeness, voice, image and photograph
for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by

ITMB reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend any Contest, at its sole discretion, in the
event of a technical failure, computer virus or bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other
occurrence or cause beyond its control that corrupts or adversely affects the administration,
security, fairness or normal operation of the Contest.

If a selected entrant is awarded a prize due to a system error, malfunction or defect, the Prize will
be returned to the Prize pool, to be re-awarded.
